The university partnered with RMF Engineering Inc. to develop the scope and design, and administrate the construction of the infrastructure project. The engineering tasks included master planning and energy analysis, along with mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering. Architectural work was completed by BBH Design in Charlotte.
