The much anticipated Wake County Detention Center Expansion has been completed and the new facility recently opened, serving Raleigh, N.C. HDR Architecture Inc. in Dallas, Texas, in cooperation with local partner, Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, based in Durham,N.C.,was the designer of the new facility.
