Raleigh, N.C. – RMF Engineering has announced the firm’s expansion in the Raleigh, North Carolina market. The Raleigh office, which over twenty years ago was the firm’s first satellite office, will expand its current square footage by 60 percent. Directed by Greg Carnathan, Division Manager of Infrastructure Services, Alan Cave, Division Manager of Building Services, and Barney York, Division Manager of Commissioning Services, the expansion allows RMF to continue to serve regional clients with engineering and commissioning needs across several markets, with a particular focus on healthcare, higher education, federal government and mission critical environments.
RMF continues to grow successfully while serving clients throughout the state. “We started with a small handful of folks and now have exceeded our current office capacity,” said Tim Griffin, executive vice president RMF Engineering. “By helping our clients plan and execute their growth strategies, we have also successfully grown and are excited to continue to serve such a vibrant region.”
In addition to the firm’s Raleigh office, RMF has built a significant presence in the southeast over the last 22 years, with offices in Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Sarasota, FL, and Charleston, SC. The Raleigh office has worked with all seventeen of the UNC system schools and many private universities in NC as well. In addition, the firm has worked with many of the largest hospital systems in the state, including UNC Hospitals, Duke Hospitals, Rex UNC, Wake Med, Vidant, and Wake Forest Baptist.
