RMF provided commissioning services for UNCW’s new 145,000 SF Allied Health Building. This facility houses the new Health and Human Services College, Center for Healthy Living, Health and Applied Human Sciences and Social Work academic programs, support space for military-affiliated students, and related dry and wet laboratories and classrooms.
The largest project in UNCW history, this project included replacing a chiller in the Wagoner Central Energy Plant and completed the University’s, “Healthcare Quad,” on campus.
Part of the 2016 NC Connect Bond, this project allows UNCW to produce more healthcare professionals and expand services to the rural areas of the region.
