Caroline joined RMF’s Boston office in the fall of 2019 as the Director of Client Relations for the Northeast region, after working at other construction, cost estimating, architectural and engineering firms in Boston.
As a structural engineer, Caroline brings a unique perspective to developing client relationships. Her technical background in delivering complex projects and passion for the importance of good design, are at the forefront of her efforts. Caroline focuses on connecting the full range of RMF’s services and expertise to clients at a national level. She always seeks to bring value and innovative thinking.
Caroline earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, magna cum laude, from Tufts University and is a Registered Professional Engineer in New York and Massachusetts. She is active in several professional organizations including VP of the Boston Chapter of Professional Women in Construction, and Co-Chair of the Women Principals Group at the Boston Society for Architecture. Caroline also serves on the Design Advisory Committee in historic Lexington, MA.
Caroline has a deep knowledge of what adds value to projects, the unique skills RMF’s many resources bring to those challenges, and a clear understanding of the value that different architects and other firms RMF partners with bring as well. Since her network and knowledge of the industry is so vast, she is very skilled at identifying opportunities where the company can add great value to clients, connecting RMF with team members whose values and goals also align with the customer’s needs, and communicating to everyone why we RMF is the best match.
