Later this summer, a team of engineers and contractors will complete a complex upgrade to the heating and cooling systems on the historic 1,200-acre campus of the College of William and Mary. The project included the installation of more than 7,000 ft of steam, condensate, and chilled-water piping on the campus grounds.
