LEED-EBOM, which stands for LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) for Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance, is the U.S. Green Building Council’s (USGBC’s) green building certification program for existing commercial and institutional buildings that are not embarking on a major renovation.
