“Change.” What an interesting emotion we feel in the pits of our stomachs when we hear that word. No one, supposedly, really likes change. Leaders are often described as “change agents,” and thus most people think leaders love change. My observation has been that leaders only like change if it is their own idea. There are so many quotes that come to mind when we hear the word “change.”
