Politics. Don’t you love them? Every organization, whether for profit or not, has them. Heck, every family has them. The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) is certainly not exempt, and because of its potential ability to impact not only the construction industry but also many Fortune 500 companies that manufacture construction products, the council often kicks the proverbial beehive. Just follow the money.
