Baltimore, Md. – RMF Engineering announced today that Joseph A. D’Alù, PE, LEED AP BD+C, CEM, has been named Division Manager of the firm’s Virginia office. He earned the promotion after growing RMF’s regional client base, successfully managing projects and client relationships, and improving the Virginia office’s internal corporate culture and operations.
“We have been growing our technical design staff in the Virginia office due to a surge in demand for engineering services within the healthcare, higher education, lab and research and utility infrastructure markets,” said Duane Pinnix, president and CEO of RMF Engineering. “When it came time to make a decision for who would lead the growing staff, Joe was an obvious choice. He has strong technical abilities, client relations skills and team management skills and we’re looking forward to his career growth in this new position.”
As Division Manager, D’Alù will lead and manage the Virginia office staff, serve as the primary point-of-contact for both regional and national clients, direct projects from concept through completion and oversee the management of all RMF projects based in Virginia. He will also continue to help position RMF as a leader in the region and as the preferred building and utility engineering consultancy and service provider.
