Bill joined RMF’s Baltimore Office in 2002. Prior to this, he worked for two design firms over the course of 17 years, focusing on healthcare, transportation and airports, central plants and utility infrastructure.
Bill leads a group in the Infrastructure Division that focuses on central utility plant design and campus utility distribution systems. They provide services from condition assessments and utility master planning, through design, construction, and start up assistance. The group has designed heating, cooling and combined heat/power systems for educational, government and institutional clients across the country.
On all engagements, Bill strives to ensure that the clients and all stakeholders in the design and construction process, walk away with the belief that RMF understands their issues, works proactively, delivers optimum solutions and makes the process beneficial to the entire team. The best way to accomplish this goal is with frequent, clear, and concise communication.
Bill has provided presentations to numerous professional industry organizations, including the International District Energy Association (IDEA). He is a registered professional engineer in several states and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park.
