Baltimore, Md. – RMF Engineering announced today that CxAnalytics, the Virginia-based commissioning firm RMF acquired in late 2015, will now operate under the RMF name. Since the acquisition, CxAnalytics has been operating as “an RMF Engineering company,” but will fully integrate the company and its services under the RMF brand.
“Acquiring CxAnalytics has proved successful since day one,” said Duane Pinnix, president and CEO of RMF Engineering. “We’ve grown our commissioning portfolio, deepened our capabilities in key markets we serve and enhanced our presence in the Commonwealth of Virginia. We are excited to take this final step in integrating CxAnalytics into RMF, and we look forward to moving forward under one united brand.”
The acquisition of CxAnalytics has strengthened RMF’s commissioning experience across federal government, state and local government, higher education and healthcare markets, bringing both firms’ combined portfolio to more than 300 commissioning projects. Additionally, as a result of the acquisition, RMF has expanded its work in the secure space, specifically for mission critical environments.
RMF is currently one of only forty firms in the country to have earned the Certified Commissioning Firm (CCF) designation through the Building Commissioning Association (BCxA). RMF has also been recognized by Consulting Specifying-Engineer magazine as one of the nation’s top 25 “Commissioning Giants” three years in a row.
