Baltimore, Md. – RMF Engineering announced today that Vance Nall, PE, division manager of the firm’s Atlanta office, has been appointed to partner. Nall’s appointment comes after successfully launching the thermal utility team in North Carolina, leading client outreach in Georgia and growing the Atlanta office’s portfolio to include an extensive client base across Georgia and Alabama.
“Vance has spent his entire career at RMF and during that time we saw him successfully grow to solve unique challenges and quickly prove himself as an exceptional engineer, team member and leader in the firm,” said Duane Pinnix, president and CEO of RMF. “His commitment to the firm and strategic guidance of our Atlanta office proved that he is an invaluable asset and we look forward to seeing him continue to flourish in the partner role.”
As partner, Nall will continue to focus on growing the Atlanta office and delivering on RMF’s core values for the firm’s clients. An expert in developing proven engineering solutions, Nall is also developing a full-service branch of RMF that will provide planning, design and commissioning services for clients in the southeast.
Nall is an active member of the International District Energy Association (IDEA), previously serving as the organization’s technical chair and a member of its editorial committee. He has also been an active participant in IDEA’s distribution workshops.
Nall holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University.
