Sandra started her career with RMF in 1999 as an accounting data entry clerk, manually entering handwritten timesheet information into a database. Her passion for providing creative and unique accounting and human resource solutions has allowed her to move up the ranks of RMF. She continually masters new skills in leading corporate functions for a rapidly growing organization. Today, Sandra manages both the Accounting and Human Resources departments and is the organization’s Controller.
Sandra is a reliable and key part of RMF’s growth from a small to mid-size organization, and she has led the development of critical corporate resources. Sandra has grown with the firm and has been a consistent contributor to the firm’s success for over twenty years.
Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, a dual Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from University of Maryland University College Park, and a Master’s certificate in Human Resources also from University of Maryland University College Park. Sandra is a member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) and the Chesapeake Human Resources Association (CHRA).
